Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@romans116.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
